1) Photographs like these . . .
. . . which were mentioned for the very first time on January 12th 2008.
Why could they only show a picture of a "dressing?"
Because it's a COVER UP - there is NO SCAR UNDERNEATH - & they dare not try and replicate the gruesome looking "scar" that I have already been shown.
2) The jpg of the bill from the hospital is a COVER UP.
To COVER UP the fact that there was no operation.
They "allegedly" had possession of the "bill" on Monday 13th August 2007.
They "allegedly" had "difficulty with the scanner" so they just sent the figures in an email from the Tierra Maria Estates sales office.
THEY ALL KNEW THAT I WAS DESPERATE for PROOF at that time, to remove my suspicions.
It is important to realise that I was sent absolutely nothing voluntarily - I had to insist before anything at all appeared.
Why was nothing further sent to me until 21st August when a JPG of a bill arrived?
That jpg is all I have ever received apart from responses to some of my emails
3) The email from the anesthesiologist - which is a COVER UP - and a very shoddy one at that . . .
4) . . . and the unsigned, totally untraceable letter from the Legal Counsel - which is a COVER UP. . .
5) . . . and no doubt, the email from the Embassy - which is simply repeating what the accounts manager at the hospital told him to write.
No caveats or warnings about the facts not actually being verified - or the fact that scams involving payment of hospital fees are well known.
None of which were volunteered without great pressure from me - to get to the truth.
Since August 2007 I have been writing emails to Mary's Garden Realty, to Sir Francis Jalbuena, to various government agencies . . . which have been answered by ABSOLUTE SILENCE - TOTAL APATHY.
All a big COVER UP - because they feared my blog being made public.
I cannot believe, or indeed, expect anyone else to believe, that if Mayen had been truthful about wanting our relationship to continue - during all the time we were still in communication from August 2007 until February 14th 2008 - that if she had access to, or knew of the existence of any genuine, material evidence to show me - to prove, irrefutably, that the operation really happened - she would have had the slightest hesitation in doing so. Likewise - with the constant threat of my blog being made public - I cannot believe, or expect anyone else to believe, that Tierra Maria Estates would not have moved mountains to show me this legitimate material evidence - had it existed at that time.
Which is why - after having been shown the fake scar in September and avoiding yet another scam attempt (for "the trip to Sogod") - in October - still faced with constant denial - after hinting many times that I would do it, out of absolute frustration, the blog became public.
Now they are really trying very hard to get me to capitulate.
1st attempt: they try Mayen on her own.
2nd attempt: they try Mayen in combination with hostility online.
3rd attempt: they try and trick me by masquerading as "new friends" - who just happen to have read my blog.
4th attempt: they release a video interview with Mayen (the emotional weapon.)
5th attempt: . . . read on . . .
History, unfortunately does not afford us the luxury of retracing our steps - in order to adjust the past.
The actions we take - when we take them - get written in the book of life.
The time is always the present - we are always writing - but we are not permitted to replace earlier chapters with later ones.
The mistakes made in August 2007 and since cannot be undone.
Motivation and appropriateness of behaviour reveals the truth of what we do and why we do it.
Attempts to prove your innocence now are doomed to failure.
As proved by the video interview - the "Emotional Weapon" - and as will be proved with your next move which is going to be . . . the "Evidence Weapon."
It is a predictable move - after all - my blog is totally open - revealing every little detail - open for analysis of what went wrong and what you should do next.
It even gives you instructions - to set about "faking, forging and falsifying" - all the documentation that should have been forthcoming, by you, at the time - because it was very urgent that Mayen's "relationship with me" did not suffer from the poisoning of suspicion - surely that is the "reality" that you wished me to believe?
Here is how you plan on launching the "Evidence Weapon."
Firstly - you have realised (because of the closing statement on my last blog) that "I no longer trust Mayen, her associates or the Philippines."
Oops! - big blunder - I think you realise that the hostility online was rather overdone - & "bad cop" is difficult to pull off in isolation - now that "good cop" (Mayen) has ceased to be useful.
So - you create the illusion (something you are expert at) of what it is you think I'm searching for online - some recognition of my side of the story - perhaps even some support.
You have to be very careful how you handle this, because, obviously it must not sound too convinced of the scam - just in case anyone else reads it - but just enough to lure me in - and of course it shouldn't mention Tierra Maria Estates anywhere.
However it is good to see that you do understand how obvious a scam it was - how suspicious, transparent and unsatisfactory have been all your attempts to COVER UP.
Here are some quotes from two of the recent "good cop" sites . . .
The first site is HERE (Cathy Black) & comes complete with comments from Noemi and Jepoy and a couple of other new voices to make it appear realistic - after all - the Filipina Images site is being questioned as to why they posted the video of the interview - Noemi showing such sacrifice for the good of the common aim - the launching of the "Evidence Weapon."
Excuse me for quoting from these sites - but this story does concern me - I feel I have that right.
I quote from the text of the first site . . .
QUOTE - I stumbled upon this website (no link please) which accused several people to be in cahoots with her lady love in scamming him.
I read the story, his suspicions, his attempts to get the facts and his last ditch to save the relatioship.
I read the story of the girl too complete with the video.
While watching the video, I searched for a related topic on how to detect if a person is lying thru her body language, facial expression and tone of the voice.
The signs were there.
I can not believe that several bloggers would claim that they are reshaping the image of the Filipinas by featuring this woman in their blogs while calling the British guy paranoid.
[The author proceeds to paint a picture of why she became interested in this affair, being because of a couple of previous encounters involving relationships and men being scammed. Just the sort of story to attract my attention, eh?
She continues with . . .]
Am i right to believe that the intention of publishing the side of the woman was not really to serve as a wake-up call but to help colleagues in the real estate business to clear their names as to their involvement .
As I have said, there is no need for that.
intelligent readers would clearly see the role played by the owner of the real estate agency and the friends.
[A risky statement to make that needs taming with . . .]

I do not believe however that there was exploitation of the Filipina by the British lover. . .

. . . How did the British guy found out that she was not in the province that she claimed where she was . . .
[Hmm, the IP address and the videos which proved the internet "cafes" were the same place. Would she have told me otherwise? NO.]

You want to counter the negative impact of the blogs of the British guy but the video is nothing but a confirmation of his accusation as to her lies–her admission , her eye movements, her facial expression and her voice.

But I just want to ask because I got confused in this statement of Mrs. Noemi: “The interview was not even there to search for truth.”
. . . if the interview was not really intended for truth, then what is it for?
if the purpose of the interview is to tell the side of Mayen’s story, and that the “The interview was not even there to search for truth.”
. . . isn’t it contradicting since if one person should ask the story of the other, then it should always be based on truth alone lest we are just spinning the readers’ head?

[Then there is another page devoted to questioning the wisdom of the Filipina Images site (Noemi's site) posting the video - but blowing a smoke screen, distracting from the real reason, which is transparent - to try to clear the name and reputation of Tierra Maria Estates.]

NO. Not unless you want to ride on the controversy of the story which is not appropriate for a supposed to be wholesome blog.
No. Not unless your purpose is to seek justice for the Filipina which is clearly stated in this banner story.

Aren’t those statements contradicting. “Judge for yourself” and you are enjoined to give justice to the FILIPINA.

The blog has a mission to reshape Filipina image.
Anyone who reads the blog is expecting that each and every article that is written in that blog should promote good Filipina image.
The trouble is the presentation is meant to vindicate the Filipina but the disclaimer points to leaving the responsibility of judging to the readers.

Then there is site two (Reyna Elena) which first posted about this on April 16th.

He's now masterminding the SEO campaign against me.
On today's Internet, it is possible to track people's movements - where they come from to visit your website - where they go to - how long they spend at your site.
They all knew that I had taken the bait.
I have not been tempted to leave comments on websites recently - I have a distinct loathing for most of the characters who greet me there - and their patent bigotry and corrupt tactics thoroughly disgust me.
How were these new websites going to involve me if I never left comments?

On April 20th I was forwarded a comment from a reader of my blog - in fact - it alleges to come from the author of one of the previously quoted websites - I won't divulge which one - because I cannot prove that it does originate from that person.
But the intention is for me to conclude that it does.
Subject: Hospital bill.

Hmm, very interesting, but having already encountered the likes of Mabs, Fermin - I have already been educated in methods of deception and subterfuge.
However, I responded with a very brief "Go ahead" - using a disposable email address.
Here is the reply I received - transparently paving the way for the "evidence weapon" to explode on to our screens.
The "evidence weapon" that will no doubt provide fake material support for all the areas I have made bold in the email below - and will probably look something like this - though of course - much more expertly done - I knocked this up in about 15 minutes.
[Remember they have access to the hospital still - the accounts manager, with all the hospital stationery and computers at his disposal.
The photo of Mayen in bed certainly appears to have been taken inside Paranaque Medical Centre (I have compared it to the photo of the Labour Room shown on the hospital's website) - only it wasn't taken in August 2007.]

First, a fellow blogger was urging me to write more about your issue after those two entries I made entitled Filipina Image.
I feel that the matter is between you and Mayen to resolve.
I read your journals as well as the supporting documents. I was an auditor and I was trained to look for discrepancies on financial documents.
[Trying to focus my attention into the detail of the document, which no doubt is perfectly precise - to distract from the discrepency that is the document - because if there was no operation - the whole thing is a fake - a cover up.
However - there is an unexplainable discrepency in the bill.
According to the information in the email from Tierra Maria Estates sales office on Monday 13th August (the discharge date on the "bill" is 13/08/07)
the figures quoted for professional fees are:
Doctors fees: 40,000
Anesthetiologist: 16,000
Other Doctors: 1,552
These figures appear on the jpg. of the bill as:
40,352 - 16,000 - 1,200
The figures total the same amount in each case.
So - did they change the amounts as they "copied" the bill into the email?
Did the fees get changed after the patient was discharged?
Did the accounts manager do some "creative" maths - to make the round figures appear more arbitrary? Odd - probably irrelevant - but the "trained auditor" doesn't point it out.]
Re : hospital bill
I. First thing I noticed were the dates. Date admitted 8/10/07 and date discharged : 8/13/07.
If I am going to accept that as correct, then Mayen spent 3 days only in the hospital which is the normal number of days of stay for that kind of surgery.
Then the bill for room computed at 10.50 days. This confused me because of the dates given above. Then I continued reading the journals and found out that she was not released until 8/22/07? So the date of discharge is an error?
Everything that go into the bill are supposed to be supported by receipts. Professional fees are evidenced by statement of accounts by the doctor, charges to the operating rooms such as supplies and meds are supported by requisitions made from the pharmacy. Meds that are prescribed and are bought from the hospital pharmacy are also receipted.
After the August "event" you communicated with Mayen, did she ever provide you with all these documents?
Am i to understand that as of 8/29/07, the bill was not yet paid? So when did they settle the account?
Did she show the receipt of payment to the hospital?
2. Reading your journals makes me think that you are still madly in love with Mayen that deep within you, there is still hope that the girl was not the way you portray her to be.
2.1 But a girl who would lie that her mother suffered a mild stroke and was paralyzed is a congenital liar. don't you think so? TO become paralyzed, the stroke should be massive and hospitalization takes weeks. Before the patient is released, series of tests are made like CT scan or MRI are conducted to determine if rehab can help the patient. Yes, even in the Philippines, they do that.
2.2 did they really sell properties to pay the hospital bill. If they did, how come the parents never harbored grudge against you?

Again - perfectly content to throw dirt at Mayen - not a single mention of Tierra Maria Estates.
So - the stage is set - to launch the "Evidence Weapon" - a series of fake notes and documents (gosh - they must have been hard at it lately) to be verified, apparantly, with the authority of an auditor, no less.
I certainly won't believe any of it - so it has already failed - and nor will anyone else - nobody is that naive or gullible - not after all they've done.
Just as the video was trumpeted about by SouthernDon just before it arrived - so the "Evidence Weapon" has been preluded with these recent overtures.
All in a very sour key - revealing diabolic harmony and a wicked, ruthless intent.
Still - it's their business.
The option of honesty might not be as bad as it may seem - it might get rid of me - for good.
Could they please consider that option.
But what chance have any of them of offering honesty - when they are not even the people concerned - what interest do I have in "honesty" that doesn't originate from the source.
To be credible, even in the slightest degree - this "honesty" can only come from the people immediately involved.
They are the first people to admit, insistently, that they have "no connection whatever, with Tierra Maria Estates."
How incredibly ignorant to presume that anyone - anyone at all - is going to take anything they say seriously.
Shall I allow my neighbour here at home to deal with this for me?

Perhaps there is a ratio of braincells to the vastness of a population - research for another time - but it is a conclusion that is seeming more and more plausible as time goes on - and more and more people reveal themselves to be supporting these criminals.

GOOD COP GETS ANGRY - CHANGES INTO BAD COP.
There has already been some response - blogs & comments posted in response to this latest writing of mine.
Obviously, good-cops do not appreciate being linked to the negative implications of this controversy - so it appears that they have changed feet - are now being swept along by the currents of hostility - and the unconscionable, criminal mindset that we've seen illustrated time and again - incapable of original thinking - they act like a swarm - nest mentality.
Resorting to kindergarden, psychological behaviour again - clutching at the weakest of straws - picking on the most ludicrous of details to vent their anger and frustration at.
Well - they have no other option - they've been caught red-handed - or I should say - brown-handed - in their feeble attempts to smear me with a stain of their own foul making.
They really are doing their country proud - and deserve all the shame that is being piled upon them.
So much for making a stand.
Well to me - it is further proof that these recent postings were just a trap in the first place - and The Queen of Hearts, SouthernDon, has confirmed that by giving the Cathy Black's site author her Seal of Approval by way of a comment.
Besides - with the subject of the scar starting to be discussed - and talk of real, material evidence from the hospital - things were getting dangerously near to the critical points - questions that have never been dwelt on before.
Time to start to blurr the edges again - create a fog - by personal attacks - distract the attention from those vitally important areas.
So - you cannot miss it now - again as predicted months ago - they've finally realised that ridicule, mockery of my blog (which is, I must admit a soft target) or cynical insinuation that this whole thing is a racist issue, is all they can do.
May the people concerned burn in hell for even suggesting that, in their desperation.
Nothing is further from the truth.
But these people are about as far away from truth, honesty and justice as it possible to get.
Just take a look online.
Any credibility of genuine concern has been undone by the enormous U-turn performed by these people.
All a big COVER UP.
So now, they are trying to COVER UP my blog - with SEO experiments, video interviews etc.
Yes - by all linking up & holding hands as they walk around the playground, it gives them the delusion that their national inferiority complex has disappeared - for a moment, they can actually feel superior and carry on with their schoolyard bullying without any thought for morality, truth or honesty.
Evil proliferates when good men stand by and do nothing - or when bad men just produce biased propaganda without involving their conscience.
Then they have the nerve to insinuate that my writing is racist - but that helps their unconscionable cause - stirring up a basic, tribal instinct - and calling on a natural contempt - quantity against quality - bigotry against reason - call it what you will.
I say again - emphatically - this is about a small minority who are excluding themselves from the concerns of morality, honesty, justice and truth - but a minority that appears to be growing - day by day.
A moment's thought (not that I expect that from these people) & they will realise that everyone involved in this issue, including all these newcomers, fall either on one side of the fence or the other - they are either inclined to support the girl, probably because they are Filipino themselves, therefore are likely to be biased anyway - or they have some interest in the Business that is trying to clear its name - & that's not just the real estate business - remember, the image of the Philippines is at stake here - through the shop window of the Internet.
Or - they can see instinctively that it was a scam situation, occurring in the Philippines, unfolding as it did - and culminating in the fake scar being shown - which ultimately vindicates their position.
I was the only person who has been forced to evaluate this from both sides at once.
I was very emotionally involved - therefore I wanted to continue the relationship - but at the same time - I could certainly see that this was probably a scam - and because of the constant denial from Mayen - the whole relationship was nullified - perhaps right from the start - an illusion, built on sand.
I have had to contend with both sides, at the same time - within myself - & have been doing this constantly since August 10th 2007.
Do these bloggers think after all that time I am going to be fobbed off, persuaded by the casual, totally biased viewpoint of totally unconnected strangers from the Filipino community, who have only recently appeared on the scene - for highly suspect reasons?
Not a chance.
I take comfort for the fact that now Tierra Maria Estates will be indelibly linked to the words scam, extortion and fraud - and that the bush fire that was started some time ago is now hopelessly out of control - spreading exponentially across the Internet - the flames of their own self-destruction being fanned furiously by the very people connected to the scam or supporting the falsehoods and lies.
Justice indeed.
Ludicrously entertaining to imagine their self-satisfied, demonic laughter - as the very ship they sail upon sinks beneath the waves.
A tribute to the resilience of their character - comforting to know that the crew and passengers on this ship were hand picked by satan himself - and that no decent people are on board.
This is purely and simply a business excercise - Tierra Maria Estates are trying to clear their name - or to be more precise now - to blot out the truth.
The thrust of their counter arguments covered two main areas - until it degenerated into ill-concealed anger and open contempt and mockery.
a) My "paranoia" (again - that old chestnut.)
Let me try and explain.
The Philippines has, unfortunately, together with a few other Asian countries, developed a reputation for scamming.
That is a fact - it is a fact that I was fully aware of - although I was not sensitive or smart enough to detect, through the camouflage, the actual machinations as they were happening to me - up close & personal.
But - hope and trust were essential ingredients for the success of the relationship - so I tried to keep a balanced perspective - but awareness cannot be undone.
Do they really consider that two months of limited communication over the Internet and a mere ten days together is enough time for me to make sound judgements - to assure myself thoroughly enough to abandon caution - for a plan that had many elements of risk?
I was about to change my whole life - I had pitched all of my hopes, all of my dreams, my trust, my faith, my future for the "twilight" years (as it has been put) - all of that was being invested in this venture.
Enough of a reason for caution - do you not think?
Caution is not paranoia.
Paranoia is an excuse, a label that they would love to stick upon me isn't it - it wraps everything up beautifully for them.
It is simply not true - caution, plain common sense is not the same as paranoia.
b) Hiding under the veil that "hospital confidentiality" conveniently offers them.
I'm sure that there is much truth in that.
But it is being used as an excuse, nevertheless - & I was never informed of that reason, at the time.
Patient confidentiality is only there to protect the patient's interest - the patient always retains the authority to instruct hospitals to contact whoever they wish.
On the one hand - they try to paint a picture of hospitality and friendliness - and then - in the "emergency situation" - when surely those positive traits would come to the fore - they make excuses for why Mayen's friends & colleagues could only be of limited help - in fact - only planting the financial seeds into the story - they did not go anywhere near the full distance - were it really happening as they say it was.
So - in actual fact - her friends were not willing to help Mayen in those areas where it was vital - helping her sort it out - she was "in hospital" unable to do very much, communication needed to be constantly upheld with me 6,000 miles away - this was not an every day event - this was an "emergency" - a "tragic event" - that had happened.
As for me making demands - call them what you will - requests - err - excuse me - they were a few thousand yards away from the hospital, that's all.
I was - yes - 6,000 miles away.
Perfectly reasonable to expect them to offer to help - don't you think?
But they didn't offer any real help - only reminders of the money.
Their unwillingness to actually see it through to a satisfactory conclusion indicates that they just backed away from it.
Why, because they were genuine friends in a genuine emergency situation - or because the going got tough - ie - when the original simple scam failed?
You choose.
Don't tell me that they would offer limited help to a friend in a similar situation - and then withdraw?
If there was a really pressing situation unfolding, Mayen's relationship, problems of suspicion - they would have sorted it out - if they were genuinely as "generous and hospitable" as they have been painted to be.
Again - they choose the colours - where is their consistency - flashing like a traffic light - good cop - bad cop - mis-quoting, patently biased & deliberate inaccuracies, putting so much spin on my story - it can now defy gravity.
Spare me your opinions, please.
Opinions do not re-create the truth.
These two characters are trying to appear separate from the previous rash of characters online - it is so obvious that they all have a vested interest - quite simply because nobody else is interested.
Do you hear that?
Nobody else is remotely interested.
They have demonstrated the truth - but as the inverse of their intentions - all their opinions have done is reveal their true motives.
My motive - has been - and always will be - to get to the truth.
In no way is it racist or a generalisation - I still believe that there are good people in the Philippines - but having no invested interest, whatever that may be - jingoism, blind patriotism, commercial interest - they surely pass on by - dismissing this as the obvious tale it is - just another of those scam stories.
I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN INTERACTING WITH ANONYMOUS, FACELESS, UNKNOWN PEOPLE ONLINE - THE ORIGINAL INTENTION WAS PURELY A ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP - NOT TO BECOME EMBROILED IN A CONTROVERSY BOUNCING AROUND A NETWORK OF PEOPLE I DO NOT KNOW.
CUT OUT THE SMOKE AND MIRRORS.
