Due to the hideous amount of devious propaganda being released, insisting - relentlessly and consistently that this story is no more than a hoax - by people with a commercial and corrupt vested interest in concealing the truth - I have decided to release a short version of the video - that was recorded 29th September 2007 at 7:10am.

The video, which I recorded secretly at that time, is of a girl, who in collaboration with a real estate company (she worked for them & her boss had corroborated her story, stating that he had paid the deposit for the operation) - attempted to extort money from me for an emergency operation for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy.

Throughout all my dealings with this event - I was made to feel more and more suspicious, by the procrastination, inconsistencies and excuses that were being made for why I could not deal directly with the hospital - in Paranaque, Philippines.

I have a list of all names involved - either directly or indirectly with this attempted scam.
I have never even remotely suggested that all the people named - would receive a pay-off - simply that their names are involved or that they had some small part to play - they knew what was going on and remained silent. Some were simply extras, part of the lure of the "reality" that was setting the scene during my visit.
This is exactly the manner in which organised crime functions - people are expected to play their parts, behind an innocent facade - a cover.
All under the umbrella of a master organisation - trickle feeding the coffers in their own way when the time comes.

The names of the doctors were given to me after I started insisting on proof - they may not be aware that their names are being used in this connection.

There was the name of a lawyer printed at the end of an emailed word file - allegedly from himself, on behalf of the hospital - after I had written to them complaining of the disgusting way that the hospital had not bothered to communicate with me - yet were increasing the bill daily, by keeping the patient hostage until it had been paid.
However - it would appear that the hospital were complicit to the attempted scam from the very first day - so their involvement cannot be excused by co-ertion, simply helping to provide legitimate looking material as proof of innocence, after I started making serious enquiries.

The actress named is promoting and endorsing the real estate company in their advertising.
She was informed, along with her agent - that the firm she was endorsing were involved in these events.
However - like many other people - she chose to remain silent.

The other names are those of the bloggers - most of them connected with each other in real life or online - who partook in an SEO campaign of propaganda and spiteful lies - orchestrated on behalf of the real estate company - by "Celebrity Bloggers" - suggesting that my story was no more than a hoax.

Please remember - this is not about the girl at all - she was just a player - this is about an organised attempt to extort money - the real estate company marketing manager & the hospital were involved from day 1 - before it started to get complicated for them - and the organised attempt to manufacture evidence to pretend innocence which has been following ever since - and this includes the collection of bloggers online.
I have been trying to communicate about all this - I wanted to show the evidence - and make the peace - but there has been complete silence, & an urging people not to listen or communicate with me - and they have been blocking my access as far as they could - banning me from commenting on any of their sites, sites of family, sites of subscribers and associates
So - as it has been for a long, long time now - this is my only outlet of communication - this blog.

It appears that TIERRA MARIA ESTATES have got a new face - fronting a NEW EMAIL ADDRESS for FRANCIS M JALBUENA (despite information from Jepoy & Noemi suggesting that he is now deceased.)

A new MARKETING MANAGER & A NEW SALES CENTRE.

Could they be trying to adopt a new image?
Moving away from the association with BF Homes (named after Banco Filipino.)

There are some interesting connections here.

1) The proximity of all key addresses in this saga to the land owned by BF Homes.
2) The man who "allegedly" (as told to me by Mayen herself) took and digitally enhanced the photograph for Mayen's ID card (?) - which was used on her profile at Date In Asia - was a senior Real Estate Agent - who had strong links to BF Homes.

3) Mayen's office colleague also spent time scouring Date In Asia - while at work.
4) The Medical Centre Paranaque borders the land owned by BF Homes and the registrant for the Hospital Website domain - lives in BF homes.

5) The registrant of the hospital website, at that time, was a neighbour - in the same street as the anesthesiologist of this saga - in BF Homes.
6) The Tierra Maria Estates sales office, when I visited Mayen, was right in the centre of BF Homes - along with Mayen's "small room."
7) The owner of TIERRA MARIA ESTATES - has a background in - BANKING.

"BF Homes is a gated middle and upper class subdivision. It has a land Area of 765 hectares. Sprawling across not only a sizable portion of Paranaque City, but also the adjoining cities of Las Piñas and Muntinlupa.
The subdivision has more than 12,000 households and an estimated 75,000 residents.
BF Homes Paranaque is the biggest subdivision in Asia.
There are 76 local associations comprising the United BF Homeowners Association Incorporated (UBFHAI).
BF Northwest is the biggest local association.
BF Homes Paranaque is the first subdivision to have it's own movie house with a bowling alley. The now closed Torama Theatre. It was located along President's Ave., at the back of Tropical Hut.

BF got its name from Banco Filipino, the parent company of BFHomes' developer, BF Homes, Inc. Founded by the late Don Tomas Aguirre. Now headed by son Bobby.

The fortunes of the Aguirres sky rocketed from their "MB Aguirre de Empeños" that later enabled them to put up Banco Filipino and numerous other corporations and acquire vast land holdings they still hold today. The pawnshop chain still exist. There are two branches inside BF Homes Paranaque, one near Caltex gas station at the end of Elizalde Ave, Phase 1 and the other near the corner of El Grande and Aguirre Ave., Phase III.

Adelita Chioco Street (one of the longest streets in BF Homes - running the whole stretch of Phase 2, parallel to Aguirre Ave.), is the name of Don Tomas Aguirre's late wife, Adelita Chioco.
Another street in BF Homes Parañaque is Pilar Banzon St., it is named after Don Tomas Aguirre's late mother. Pilar Village in Las Pinas (another subdivision of the Aguirres) is also named after her.
El Grande Ave, Tropical Ave & Palace St. were named from the former 4 star hotels located at BF Homes, Phase 3, namely El Grande Hotel (totally burned) and Tropical Palace Hotel (half burned).

BF Homes Paranaque now is a "self contained community". It has private schools from (elementary to college), churches, numerous restaurants and bars, a wet market, shopping areas, supermarkets, a gas station, car shops, clothes stores, shoe stores, barbershops, beauty shops and emergency clinics."

It does not sound exactly idyllic though - what with all the recent troubles over water supply, pirated entry stickers and all sorts of goings on in the UBFHAI (the home owners' association.)

After over 16 years of being deprived of the most basic service, the 10,000 or so households of BF Homes Parañaque can finally enjoy the amenities of urban living, hopefully beginning this year.

DMCI-MPIC Water Company Inc., a joint venture between Metro Pacific Investments Corp. and DMCI Holdings Inc., is stepping up pipe-laying activities in the BF Homes subdivision that straddles the cities of Parañaque, Muntinlupa and Las Piñas. A source told this writer that the water company that owns the right to operate a water concession in the western zone of Metro Manila was making further inroads into the subdivision amid the contentious pricing scheme being insisted by banker and developer Bobby Aguirre.

Property prices in the subdivision, meanwhile, have started to appreciate, according to the source. The once-elusive water supply now is part of the equation in the valuation of BF Homes properties.

BF Homes residents were probably the most neglected among the fairly upscale villages that sprouted in Metro Manila in the past two decades because of the water supply problem in the south. The family of Bobby Aguirre that owns developer BF Homes Inc. and Philippine Waterworks and Construction Corp. remains the biggest stumbling block to the resumption of water supply.

Philippine Waterworks, or PWCC, is the operator and distributor of the village’s water system but financial constraints apparently stopped the Aguirre company from supplying potable water to the area. BF Homes and unit PWCC had prior rights over the distribution of water in the village, preventing DMCI-MPIC Water from directly supplying residents.

It would appear (from scouring articles on the Internet) - that the parent bank - Banco Filipino - has had its fair share of trials and tribulations - as the following extracts and links will confirm.

Banco Filipino In Trouble (Again)

When Banco Filipino and Manila Banking Corporation were closed down during the Marcos years, although it was an open secret that the two banks had been dipping into their deposit base to lend funds to sister companies, there was always some suspicion that some political legerdemain was somehow involved in the bank closures.

A recent report to the Board of Directors from the controller of Banco Filipino, which was re-opened after the Supreme Court ruled that the old Central Bank erred in closing down the bank when it did, shows that the bank has not yet learned its lessons and could be up to its old tricks again.

What this will eventually lead to is (you guessed it!) the padlocking (again) of the bank of the Aguirre family.

What a lot of bankers seemingly do not realize is that very little of the money that they spend, invest and lend is theirs. Neither is it their stockholders'. Rather, the money is owned by their depositors and by the
Republic of the Philippines, acting through the Bangko Sentral.

This kind of public money must be treated with some respect. To treat such money in a cavalier manner is to court committing a criminal act.

Romulo G. Bernardino is the Bangko Sentral appointed comptroller. He notes that the bank's Board of Directors approved, on May 2, a grant of financial support in the form of advances to BF Homes, Inc. "subject to the condition that the bank shall comply with all pertinent laws and regulations in the
processing of loans."

The bank has a stake in BF Homes which also was one of the reasons it was closed down in the Marcos years. The principal obligation consists of P416 million which have all been past due for the last ten years. Although P84 million of this (20 %) remain unsecured by collateral or other instruments, the bank agreed, soon after approving on May 2nd the financial support to the company, to release some of the excess collateral of BFHI. This was, according to the Board, to facilitate BFHI's rehabilitation.

Ordinarily, a bank's board, on seeing collateral that is not securing anything, will salivate over the possibility of their answering for some portion of the loan that is not presently secured. Then, it will tie up the collateral to the money that is still unsecured.

This is the banker's instinct which seems to be missing in the current Banco Filipino board.

According to the bank's books, what BFHI owes it is not just in the millions but is P4.468 billion. This consists of P476 million as of January 25, 1985 plus interests, plus penalties and plus other charges over the last decade.

In 1993, the board of the bank agreed to waive all of these charges and interest, an amount that is "206 percent of the bank's total capital accounts of P1.937 billion as of May 31, 1995," Comptroller Bernardino
points out.

Again, the action is unusual for a banker. If, after all, no payments were made for ten years, why would the waiving of interests and penalties be convincing to such a client?
Why this was done is simply not understandable. After all, a borrower cannot claim that the non-operation of Banco Filipino caused it to incur all of these interests, penalties and surcharges. Why could BFHI not pay
during the last ten years? Was it because the payment would have come also from the bank itself and the non-operation of the bank dried up the BF Homes cash flow?
With the grant of P5.7 million monthly for 18 months, the Bank was again opening up its taps to BFHI.

In the board of the bank are two members of the Aguirre family. Adolfo personally owns 42 percent of the bank; Albert owns five percent. Albert also owns BFHI and is the bank's representative to BF Homes. In addition, he has also been appointed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as Chairman of the Board of Receivers of BFHI.
From the bank, he draws a compensation package of P300,000 a month, after taxes.

On May 25, two weeks after the board resolution approving the financial support for BFHI, the loan was implemented even if no paperwork accompanied the request for release of the loan. Thus, there are no audited financial statements or income tax returns of BFHI; nor was there any submission of any rehabilitation plan, financial projections or loan restructuring program or any budget, projections or any other paper work that would have justified the release of P5.7 million in May and another P5.7 million in June.

It is said that in the bank's boardroom, Albert, who is also known by the moniker Bobby Aguirre, has been known to threaten recalcitrant fellow board members with bodily harm while he holds an Uzi submachine gun and his bodyguards swarm over the non-compliant director.

As Bobby Aguirre, he is also known as the one who gave Jessica Alfaro shelter in a townhouse he owns for as long as Jessica did not talk about the events of June 30, 1991 during which Carmela Vizconde, her mother Estrellita and sister Jennifer were murdered and in which crime a son of Bobby has been implicated. There are tales too of drugs and gun smuggling, together with police protectors that are all just too sordid stuff in a bank director's life.

If no reforms are done very soon within the Board of Banco Filipino, what will happen next is a repeat of events that happened ten years ago, in which the Bangko Sentral would take over the bank and close it down.

If the Aguirres have not yet learned from their past, then, perhaps the painful lesson will just have to be repeated.

If, on the other hand, they know now how to engage in the banking business, then, perhaps, the first thing that the Board ought to do is to fire Bobby A. forthwith.

With him continuing in his old ways, the Bangko Sentral may have no option but to disqualify the bank "from credit facilities of the BSP and prohibition from extension of additional unsecured credit accommodations," as Bernardino points out so succinctly.

Now - as coincidence strikes again - Noemi Dado's husband (Butch Dado) set up a law firm with the husband of a senator.

"My girls knew their Tita Pia and played with her toddlers way back the time my husband and her then husband started a law office in the mid 90’s."

The senator is Pia Cayetano-Sebastian - her ex-husband is presumably the "Sebastian" in the law firm.
She is now known as Pia Cayetano.
One of her brothers - Alan Peter Schramm Cayetano - was a partner in the firm 1998.

The senator is the Daughter of the late Rene "Companero" Cayetano another founding partner of the firm.

The late Cayetano senior was the private prosecutor in the famous Vizconde murder trial mentioned above. (The murders/rape took place in 1991 - the trial commenced in 1995.)

Most famous of these cases was the Vizconde, In January last year, all the accused were found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment."

Here is a quote - referring to Pinky de Leon which I discovered while researching Bobby Aguirre.

"She has two offsprings (Tony Boy and Michelle) from her first marriage to the late Boy Lejano of Lian, Batangas and a son - Albie, from her merger [marriage] to Bobby Aguirre who had served as vice-mayor of Paranaque."

Tony Boy (Antonio Lejano) is the step-son of Albert (Bobby) Aguirre - now the head of Banco Filipino.

In a resolution released on Friday, the SC granted Webb’s request—made more than 10 years ago in 1997—as an exemption to its own rule not to address questions of factual evidence that were presented during the trial in lower courts.

On further reading about the late Senator "Campanero" Cayetano - I discover that he was involved in Estrada's impeachment trial.
Apparantly, Estrada himself was accused of allegedly attempting to influence the outcome of the Vizconde trial through contact with Cayetano and the Judge.
As a counter accusation - Cayetano was accused of earning P70 million, skimmed from a gambling house.

Further scourings of the Internet unearthed the following writings.

Kerry Packer's last known property purchase was the boutique hotel The Baronesa on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, close to his Ellerstina polo compound. The 12-room property, with stables, was bought from Jefri Bolkiah, prince of Brunei, the estranged brother of the Sultan. Packer bought it in partnership with its original owner, Gonzalo Pieres.

Meanwhile, James Packer's Ellerston polo team is in Britain this summer and will set up camp at Stedham, West Sussex. If any of you folks have money in BF or know people who do, tell them to take their money elsewhere. Besides, why put money anywhere else other than BPI or Metrobank? Three words: Non-Performing Loans.

AT the rate he is spending the family bank's money, Banco Filipino vice chairperson Albert "Bobby" Aguirre has magnanimously expanded the meaning of private banking.
A new audit by the central bank-installed comptroller says Aguirre and his select group of bank officers spent more than 567 million pesos in the past two years on overseas travel and polo matches in the United Kingdom, Australia and Europe.

Aguirre owns polo fields and maintains "top-quality ponies" in Stedham, a West Sussex village some 50 miles outside London, and in an 8,000-acre (about 3,237.5 hectares) farm in Murrunundi, an outback north of Sydney.

Crass. Total crass. And, adds the report: noted that the overseas spending spree, covering 2001 and 2002, was conducted amid the thrift bank's "declining liquidity and profitability."

Oh, and they're paying good dime for "consultants", all said about 23 law firms and 33 pr/marketing/management consultants. Some of the numbers are mind-numbing:

FYI, a gas boy working the nightshift makes about P200 a night, or about Php 4,000 a month. More reports of fleecing:
At one point, Banco Filipino was shelling out almost 4.9 million pesos a month to maintain its stable of consultants, including 1,169,945 pesos in monthly remuneration extended to Aguirre as a "working director and bank representative to various corporate borrowers."

With all that going on - it sorts of sets the scene - around which this particular scam attempt might have happened.

Many people have consistently been in denial of the possibility of any form of crime syndicate running a scam like the one I was perhaps involved in.

But how can anything be denied as a possibility, when the thing that is being denied operates beneath the law and secretively?

If something is invisible to the eye of a law-abiding citizen because it is hidden – then it can neither be confirmed nor denied.

It’s a straw man argument in reverse.

They all deny this on the strength of what?

That they do know exactly how crime syndicates operate?

If crime syndicates operate – then they exist.

If they know how they operate – they must be party to it in some way – because it is clandestine.

But if they do not know how they operate – then they cannot deny a possibility.

It is a totally self-defeating statement.

The contents of this post, the links - are here only as an illustration - of power - of influence - of wealth.

It would be irresponsibly speculative to suggest any actual connection with the events of this scam attempt.

However - as the above reading will amply demonstrate - such a possibility is certainly not beyond the realm of imagination.

A certain combination of power, influence and resources is all that is necessary - plus of course, the motivation.

Such a possibility would account for the resources, time and energy put into the determined effort to blow the smokescreen I have witnessed - to deflect attention from those higher up the chain? It would go a long way to explain why there has been nothing but silence - why so many people are afraid to talk . . .

. . . why so many celebrity bloggers have been so amenable and obliging in the ORCHESTRATED PROPAGANDA SEO CAMPAIGN - to pronounce my story as a hoax.

Because we may now have conclusive proof that it was a scam attempt.
Noemi Dado's reluctance to divulge anything further - IS BECAUSE SHE POSSIBLY KNOWS FULL WELL IT WAS A SCAM ATTEMPT.

Remember? Where did she get the contact number for Mayen from, before conducting the video interview with her?
It's obvious isn't it?
From her CONNECTIONS IN REAL ESTATE - Noemi had already published an article about TIERRA MARIA ESTATES on her own real estate blogsite - it was this which had led me to discovering & making my submission to Filipina Images.

Who was perfectly positioned to make a first contact with the real estate firm - and the people she alluded to "not knowing" in her first comment published with my article?

Is it at all likely that Noemi would have continued with the publication of such sensitive material as my post, directly linking to a story - without some sort of liaison with the real estate firm implicated in that story?

Is it at all likely that such an explosive rash of propaganda - directly linking to the name of the real estate firm - would have gone ahead without some sort of authority from them?

The original motivation for the SEO campaign being completely & successfully masked by the illusion of consensus and artificially generated "moral outrage" that its distorted portrayal of the events would attract.

Keeping the secret of its real motive - a purely business oriented strategy decided upon in that first liaison - perfectly safe.

Noemi did not ask Mayen to show her the scar, during the video interview she conducted - or for any unequivocal proof at all - because perhaps Noemi knew full well - that there was no scar - no proof.

I have recently (two years exactly from the date of the phone call from "the hospital") downloaded some software for making animations (something I am rather fond of) - although it has other uses.
I decided to make a composite of the pertinent sections of the secret video I made of Mayen revealing the "scar" to me.
I discovered that the software imports the video - frame by frame - permitting clear and leisurely study of each one.

How ironic - just a few frames before the "still" that I have been using on the blogs (with the magnifying glass) - there, all the time - was the proof - the conclusive proof - that all this has been an endeavour to find.
What an adventure - what a revelation.

On top of the smudging by Mayen's thumb (perfectly visible in the video of the "scar" revelation) - we have discovered the remains of a "first attempt" or "practice scar" (in the wrong position for this particular operation) drawn hastily on Mayen's stomach (possibly by her brother - remember, he worked in make-up - Bak'la - familiar with the Internet?
He was with her at the time - although Mayen was pretending to be in her Province.)

Quite clearly is visible the clean swathes of skin and ink residue, where the first - badly drawn scar - was hastily wiped off in preparation for her appointment on camera - but remember also - she didn't realise that it was possible to record the whole episode from the webcam - the reason why she was not as thorough as she should have been.

Quite clearly can we see how the black ink has been wiped around - and quite clearly we can see the remains of a first scar attempt - the sort that a schoolboy would draw, with short lines crossing at rightangles - (for stitches, which Mayen had already informed me had been removed?) - half way between her navel and the position of the second "scar."

It is also visible further on in the video - but nowhere near as clearly - but it proves that this is no artifact of camera or technology.

So - explain that - A PRACTICE SCAR? - all you CELEBRITY BLOGGERS - FRIENDS AND AQUAINTANCES OF MAYEN - WORK COLLEAGUES - HOSPITAL STAFF?
Every one who has left comments on blogs, forums etc.
All you WebSite owners - who have hosted or written articles pronouncing this story as a hoax - or conveniently blocked me from commenting - Filipino Voices - for instance - (where guess who and her lawyer husband write columns?) - explain that - and explain your own behaviour.

Brains on! - Consider the implications.

* Why show a fake scar? - Because there was no real scar.
* Therefore there was NO OPERATION, NO ECTOPIC PREGNANCY.
* The whole thing was A LIE - an extortionate lie.
* Therefore when Mr Francis M Jalbuena, of Tierra Maria Estates - communicated with me - telling me that he had paid a deposit - he was CORROBORATING this lie.
* The hospital, who fielded my telephone calls on DAY 1 - were also a part of this EXTORTIONATE LIE.
* Mayen's co-workers, who acted as go-betweens while Mayen was supposed to be in hospital - also CORROBORATED THIS LIE.
* The doctors, whose names I have been given - are either accomplices - or perhaps their names have been used without their knowledge.
Which is it?
If they remain forever silent - what can we presume?
* Whoever wrote the letter, allegedly from the lawyer Efren C Carag - corroborated this extortionate lie on behalf of the hospital.
Does this lawyer know that his name was being used?
* Someone managed to embroil the British Embassy in Manila, getting them to corroborate the EXTORTIONATE LIE.
* Someone came up with this whole scheme - involving Noemi Dado and her orchestrated SEO campaign - pronouncing my story as a hoax.
* Is this the work of a single girl, who tried to scam me out of some money?

Of course it isn't.

I hope that the message is starting to get through.

The reason behind the publicity of all this is not because I desire to exact revenge upon and shame a solitary Filipina - who I was madly in love with.

Nothing could be further than the truth.

The reason is precisely this - there are indications of complicity from a business man involved in real estate (the girl's immediate boss) - who most positively endorsed the information I was sent (that it was hoped I would believe.)
There can be no doubts whatsoever that his presence in these events cannot be excused by ignorance of the reality of the situation.

Further to this first reason - there is considerable weight to the possibility that the orchestrated "Hoax" SEO Campaign, including the recording, editing and publishing online of a video interview with the girl - is as a direct result of the resources and determined efforts of this real estate company being employed to that end.
Efforts that are no doubt fully supported and encouraged by the sex-industry - in all of its associations with the Philippines.

It has certainly been proved without a shadow of doubt that the majority of visible opposition to this story comes from people who are connected, through business interest, family or socially - and has not been at all random or haphazard, nor has it been without deliberate incitement through false accusation.
The motivation for this opposition is proved therefore to be other than from impartial consideration or reasoned argument.

Let us call the businessman "J" for the sake of this discussion.
"J" is key to the success of this alleged fraud.

The "hospital operation" was an "emergency" requiring the down payment of a deposit before it could proceed (as is often the case in the Philippines.)
Rather than introduce a new character, unknown to me, or rather than weaken the impelling background of poverty by involving a family member - "J" is crucial as the figure who allegedly paid this deposit.
He was of suitable status for this to be entirely feesible - an additional component now to the original scam idea of a simple pregnancy - which had been scuppered by the announcement of my forthcoming 2nd visit to see the girl.

"J's" business aquaintance (we shall call "M") was the person allegedly responsible for the considerable photoshop alteration of the girl's photograph - as was used on her DIA profile and also her work ID?

I ask you this - is it normal for a girl's photograph to be digitally enhanced for an ID card?
This, so I was told, was the purpose the photograph had been originally taken for.
There is more sense in such editing for a profile on a dating site, although slightly "dishonest."
"M" also works in real estate - and together with "J" invited me to put up a website over here in the UK, for their real estate business - to help them attract custom - an idea which I fulfilled for a short while after returning home.

Both "J," the girl and everybody else had obviously decided that the entire responsibility of paying for the alleged operation was mine.
There was certainly no doubt to that.
"J" sent me emails and SMS messages - demonstrating his concern that I should send the payment - one option being to pay the money into his HSBC dollar account - and I was sent the account number.

I, in return, sent emails to him and the girl, adamant that I would honour my commitment and obligation - provided that I could be assured that I was not being lied to - and that this was an embarrasing, but nevertheless practical consideration to discuss.

I had insisted on dealing only and directly with the hospital and it seemed in "J's" messages that this was also a possibility, but no such details of account information or method of payment were forthcoming from him regarding the hospital. Other than the initial attempt to get me to send money via Western Union, no other details regarding method of payment ever appeared until later on - this information did not even accompany the JPG of "the hospital bill."
Although - apparently the alleged down-payment by "J" was made by credit card - what could have been a simpler method for me to pay also?
I have seen no proof for this deposit - it is mentioned on the JPG of the bill, but not attributed to any person - although the "email bill" from the real estate office mentions "J" as having paid it.

All this - merely a few days before I would land on my already scheduled flight to the Philippines.
A surprise trip, which when announced resulted in the original pregnancy (for which I have no proof) being declared a false alarm.
It seemed curious for such insistence on me sending the money in advance of my imminent trip.
What was the rush?
The "operation" had already happened.
There was certainly no rush later - with the girl spending a total of eleven days in the hospital - her stay extended from the originally expected three days.
There was certainly no rush to send me any information I was requesting.
There was certainly no rush from the hospital itself to communicate with me at all.

Yet here was the situation as it was painted - a "tragic emergency" - with the entire future of our "genuine relationship" depending on it being sorted out smoothly - the girl herself, the girl's family, the girl's colleagues and friends, the girl's boss - all of them holding me, and me alone responsible for paying this account - and not one of them (despite allegedly attempting it) managing to get the hospital to communicate with me.

The hospital itself would have presumably been concerned about the payment of the account - yet I did not even get a response from my emails sent to the hospital - perhaps something along the lines of "We are unable to communicate with you directly on this issue because it compromises patient confidentiality" (the excuse that has been laboured to death ever since - and yet never during - the girl's "hospital stay.")

Having failed at convincing me that this was at all genuine, with only the email containing the figures from the real estate sales office being their idea of "official proof" - I decided not to fly - not wishing to get embroiled in what appeared to be an organised racket - but I could have been wrong.

Immediately this prompted a flow of aggresive, manipulative emails and SMS from the Philippines - from "J" and the girl.

It would have been foolish of them to have denied any of my requests from this point onwards, that would have been a definite cause for alarm - on 17th August I emailed "J" requesting details of the doctors.
On 19th August "J" sends me these details including "email addresses" of the doctors.
I reply telling him that I am acting on the information urgently.

On Sunday 19th August 2007 I have sent emails to the Dra. who was suggested as "the main cooperator" - and have never received a reply from her.
I have sent an email to the other Dr. and received a prompt but unprofessionally scruffy reply from an anonymous IP address.

They know now that I mean business about checking up on all of what they have been telling me.

On the 20th August 12:27 pm UK time (19:27 pm PH time) I reveal the URL of my private blog with the ongoing story to the girl & "J" in separate emails.

On the 22nd August UK time - I receive replies from emails that I had only just sent that day to:
* One of "J" 's business associates - one of which bears the same IP address as "J."
* A reply from the British Embassy - endorsing it all and including the hospital's banking details.
Previous correspondence with them had been to no avail - this time "J" had just suggested to me that I try the British Emabssy for help.
* The hospital send me a JPG of the bill.

The statement of account bears the following . . .

Inpatient Statement of Account
Run date time: 08/21/2007 10:17:57 am (PH time.)

The accompanying email indicates . . .

We have a patient in the name of Ms. Ma. Ana Samson Betita who was admitted last August 10, 2007, but still with us due to none payment of Hospital Bill and Professional Fees.

However I do not receive this until 17 hours later - 16:56 pm (UK time.)
There is no indication of any method of payment - so I write to them at 10:16 am on 22nd August enquiring of this (the Embassy had already informed me however of the hospital's bank details 8.28 am UK time.)

Followed by an identical email and JPG from the hospital on the 22nd August 11:23 am (UK time.)

I receive a reply on 22nd August 15.37 pm (UK time) indicating the banking details and that the British Embassy had been making enquiries, followed by an identical email 23rd August 11.06 am (UK time.)

The same day (23rd August) 1.56 am I had received the Four Feathers email from the girl - indicating that she is "out of the hospital" and that she had "arranged on the previous Saturday (18th August) for her family to settle the account."

I email the hospital 10.16 am (UK time) asking them to confirm payment of the account.
50 minutes later I receive the identical copy of the first email with the banking details.

On 29th August 12.56 pm (UK time) I receive another email from the hospital stating -

Dear Sir,We havent received yet the payment in our account. Hoping for your great response.

It will be noticed that the hospital themselves never go as far as actually asking in any way for payment.
The statement of accounts is just that - a statement.
The bank details merely state . . .
"You can remit thru our depository bank under Account : ***** Equitable PCI Bank
Dr. A. Santos or St. James Branch."

What happens after the girl "leaves the hospital" is all recorded in the story, but the point of this excercise is to demonstrate that nothing remotely official was despatched to me until after I had revealed to the girl and to "J" the on going story - recorded in all its glorious detail in my private blog hosted on MySpace (the one that was later hacked and deleted an hour after it was made public.)

The dozen or so emails containing my suspicions that I had sent around may have bothered them, but that was done - nothing could undo that - but the threat of the story going public - worldwide, to an immeasurably vast audience - obviously represented a serious threat to business.

All of a sudden - after this - I started to get a response from them - it had become obvious to them that I was not going to settle for anything less than a document from the hospital - which presumably was much more serious and incriminating than the one or two undocumented phone calls that I had made to the hospital directly.
Now the hospital would have to commit to something.

The JPG of the bill bears a "Discharge time and date of 13th August 6.28 pm (PH time)" which is around the time that I received the figures from the real estate office - in an ordinary email from one of the girl's colleagues - she had allegedly just returned there from the hospital where she had collected a "xerox" of the bill.
Now - as far as I know - you cannot take a "xerox" without there being an original.
So - apparently - a paper copy of a bill has been around since this date - 13th August.
Why was I sent nothing until 22nd August?

Why have I never been shown anything else by way of supporting paperwork?

Why did "J" not communicate with me after 19th August?
Why did all his urgency for the money suddenly go stone cold?
Why did the real estate firm not reply to my email sent to them 22nd August?
Why have they never attempted to directly establish their innocence?
The only attempts at this have been completely circuitous, underhand and totally void of any solid detail or anything material.
The only attempts at this have been via the girl initially, returning into communication with me - and later on via a whole community of bloggers.

The impression given by both the girl and the bloggers has been one of defensiveness - avoiding any confrontational discussion of detail - the making of excuses - deception and total denial.
Why is all this effort being put in - and there is already considerable energy been spent - resulting in nothing at all being forthcoming by way of proof - when if this proof exsisted - it would be the easiest thing in the world to produce and demonstrate?

Such a pronounced and stark silence from the people directly implicated is most unnatural - equally so is the deafening clamour produced by all those others - completely "unconnected" to that implication.
Yet there is obvious collaboration between the two, as proved by the deliberately neglectful attitude to demonstrating anything remotely official or unequivocally genuine to answer my suspicions - and their simultaneous hostile and resolute insistence that their version of events is the true one.
It doesn't add up at all.

Unless - just as the girl was protecting the real estate company with her protracted denials - the real estate company, with their dumb silence, are protecting someone else - higher up the ladder of corruption - and the bloggers are simply following instructions to blow a smoke screen of accusation to distract attention away from this powerful source.
Powerful because of fear - powerful because of wealth - powerful because of position.

The MS word document from the "legal counsel" via the hospital emailing system in response to my emails to four members of the board at the hospital - was an obvious attempt to placate & pacify me - and smells as much like an official document as horse dung imitates eau-de-cologne.

It was not because "J" or the owner of the firm were slack in answering emails that they hadn't replied to my further correspondence - for I received a very swift reply to my email under the pseudonym "John Goodwin" around 4/01/08 - a reply that contains some very dubious phrases for a person who was 100% certain that an operation had happened - because by his own admission he had "witnessed the girl in the hospital."
How can someone even allude to the slightest possibility of it having been a scam and simultaneously pretend absolute certainty that it wasn't?
It does not add up at all.

Of course there is the video recording of the strange looking scar being smudged by the girl's thumb, a video which also reveals traces of a previously drawn scar- the implications of which are obvious - and would appear to vindicate all suspicion - and yet this whole video is immediately and conveniently denied or dismissed, and is being so consistently, even though for most of the time it had not even been seen by these people.

We have all the suspicious activity on the website of Noemi Dado - connected herself to real estate - straight away issuing a denial that she knew "J" personally (when no-one at that time had suggested otherwise) - although she knew of him & had been a neighbour of his.
Her real estate website contained a write up for the very same real estate firm that "J" worked for - the article in fact that had brought me to Noemi Dado in the first place.

Who else could possibly be more ideal in ridding this firm of the menacing blog on the Internet - who else other than Mrs "Celebrity Blogger" herself - who spawned blogging into the Philippines - Mrs "SEO Campaign" - Mrs "let's call this a hoax campaign" - Mrs "let's do a video interview with the girl " - Mrs "let's allow her to mention her scar, but let's not ask to see it, but let's pretend we know absolutely that she's innocent - despite the fact that we know she is an expert liar" - Mrs "in fact let's not ask for any proof at all" - Mrs "Malicious, corrupt, blogger" . . . who indeed could possibly be more ideal than her?

Yes - that's right you know - we are all victims in this together.
Just think about it for a moment or two - realistically . . .

All the "hoax" theorists - all the counter-bloggers and commentators - the gangs of cyber-bullies - anyone, in fact, who has allowed any sense of reality to congeal around the information they may have read.

We have all permitted ourselves to be seduced by words, seduced by the images that they conjure up in our minds.

Just watch it happen - girlfriend - hospital - pregnancy - emergency.

Beyond those images we know absolutely nothing - and when I say "know" - I mean in the sense that we know conclusively from our own personal experience - our real life experience - not the imagined lives of those we encounter in cyber-space.

This is a story which, as far as the readers are concerned - from start to finish - every single detail of it only exists in the imagination.
Some readers have chosen to believe the information that was reported to me - but not my conclusions.
With myself, apart from my early involvement, it is still only a story, but the reverse is the case - yet either way - it is exclusively in the domain of the imagination - we are merely juggling with images and conceptualisations that have sprung to life from information.
We have to accept that neither the conclusions, nor the information have yet been sanctified as reality.
To not accept that premise - firmly and clearly - is delusional.

If we are all perfectly honest with ourselves - we should all go right back - to square one - wipe the slate clean & start at the very beginning.

All I know for certain is that I exist - that Mayen exists - that Sir Francis exists - that the Medical Center Paranaque exists.

That Mayen & I met up in the Philippines and made love without contraception.

That is all.

And I received a telephone call - early one morning . . .

But apart from Mayen and myself - that phone-call is just a picture in your mind - that I have conjoured up - through information - and yet you are believing it.
Information has such tremendous power.
Was the information in that first phone call simply Mayen, describing a picture she was seeing in her mind - and delivering it to me?
Only Mayen, and perhaps one or two other people know.

You have been at the mercy of information all along - just as I was, on the receiving end of that telephone call.
Information that had to be transmitted to me, somehow - before I could respond to it - but how could that be done without leaving a trail?
A request to send some money via Western Union perhaps (strangely just 2 days before I was due to fly out there myself.)

Shall we look at all the "proof" that was voluntarily forthcoming to back up the information transmitted, the images implanted in all of our minds - from that very first telephone call?

. . . and that is all - wait a minute! - come to think of it - I had to badger them even for this - the day before my 2nd flight was about to leave - remember?
After I had insisted on dealing ONLY WITH THE HOSPITAL.
Notice that there are no Doctors' names mentioned - no trail - some of the figures are inexplicably different from the JPG of a bill received later on.
Can we expect anyone seriously to consider this as "proof?"

But then - we're being seduced again aren't we - by the words - hospital - doctor - blood.
We're looking for clues in our own fantastic creation - that is only there because we breath life into those words.
Words that came - uninvited.
Remember - it is not real - until we know it's real - from our own experience.
Reality is much more than a picture - a picture that is so easily outlined with words - but is coloured in by hope, love and trust.

Over the course of this saga, since the story was made public around September 2007, although the comments section on the blog itself has been closed for quite a while now (to avoid the abuse from those trying to pretend their innocence & their little team of helpers) - we have been getting lots of comments via email and some from when my profile was flying the warning flag back on DIA.

I thought it would be a good idea to show some of these comments - all from the Philippines.

Let us describe the original events of August 10th as a transaction.
Money was being requested to pay for a surgical operation.
But let us imagine, for a moment, alongside this, an alternative scenario - that the transaction was simply a request to pay for an expensive meal.

Immediately - by comparison we can sense that the first situation contains an element of gravity completely absent from the second.
The gravity of the first situation automatically presents an aspect of emotional concern - placing the respondent to the request for money in a totally different psychological environment. One that is open to abuse - emotional manipulation - extortion.

We will add to the basic first structure several extra layers of emotional concern:

a) The request originates from a girl and is to be responded to by a man who is in love with her.
b) The operation is for an ectopic pregnancy resulting from their relationship and is a medical emergency.
c) The girl is in impoverished conditions and cannot finance this herself.

However - we are essentially dealing with a transaction. Certain proofs, or conditions of sale are to be complied with in any transaction.

Let it be stated that any request for money received by one partner in a relationship from the other, cannot divorce itself from emotional implications. What are the implications of refusing to oblige, for instance?
Anyone entering a genuine relationship is aware of the contentious implications in such a request and will avoid them at all costs.

Back to the transaction.

We will look at our second example - the expensive meal.
Let us add to this now - the fact is that the request comes from 8,000 miles away.
The fact is that there are many reports of people making fraudulent requests from this area - claiming, for example, that they had consumed an expensive meal and need the money - when in actual fact - they hadn't.
The original request for payment was made by telephone.
Well - only a very stupid person would wire the money straight to the other country - to be collected - it could be spent on anything - how does he know that there was a meal? How can he be assured that the bill is paid with the money that is sent?
So - he insists on verification - on seeing receipts for the meal - and he insists that any money will only be sent directly to the restaurant, once it is proved to his satisfaction that it is all genuine.

We must understand that no amount of proof sent this way is in itself absolute - because it can so easily be falsified - but the manner and approach with which this request for proof is handled is of great significance.

Even in this second scenario - the moment that we discover that the two people are in a relationship - it ceases to be a simple transaction - because of the emotional implications - the matter of trust.
So - in order to preserve the relationship - it is likely that any suspicions might be pushed aside - and might be expected to be pushed aside - to avoid exposing the issue of trust to a challenge.
In other words - the bill might be paid - no questions asked - because of the trust implicit in the relationship.

However, even in this simple scenario - it is perfectly clear that the person requesting the payment shoulders the burden of proof - and in order to dissolve any suspicions - complies immediately, thoroughly and efficiently with the suggested process of verification - to avoid placing the other person in the ugly, awkward position of questioning trust.
The person requesting the payment will go to any lengths to find alternative ways to lessen the burden that they have placed upon their partner - for example - they might try to find a friend to pay the bill, if it was that urgent, until satisfactory proof has been supplied - they would ensure that the restaurant made an adequate response in identifying themselves - a copy of the bill would be transmitted at the soonest opportunity - any questions about verification would be answered immediately, by all involved parties - for any delay or procrastination in any of these areas would be certain to increase the already latent suspicion.
But these latent suspicions would be understood to be completely justified by the circumstances and background of the events - discussed and dealt with in a suitably rational approach - to neutralize their potentially poisoning power within the relationship.

Now - consider this - what on earth would inspire the person requesting the payment to dwell exclusively and only on that question of trust? Making excuses for everything else - but trying to use emotional blackmail to force through the transaction. Why?
Further than that - never, ever providing the satisfactory proof - content only to send the sort of proof that can be easily falsified - complete failure in ensuring that the restaurant identified themselves or established contact to verify that indeed, irrefutably, unarguably, an expensive meal was had - proceeding to support their own insistence that it was all genuine with fabrication, inconsistencies, lies and further deceits - yet constantly avoiding the issue of real proof - only redoubling their employment of emotional blackmailing techniques - for months and months and months.
What reason is there to induce the person requesting the payment to resort at all to these measures? The fact that it is done as a first resort - not simply as a last resort - indicates compellingly - that there was no truth in the matter - underlines the case for suspicion of the proof that they were sending - imparts no faith in the people involved - because, in actual fact - it was being handled in a totally inappropriate manner - in a way that only serves to convincingly prove their motive - money was being extorted - by lies - for a meal that was never consumed.
If the truth was there to be shown - they would make it known - by any conceivable means - at all costs.
They would not resort to blackmail, to hurling insults.

What further extremes can be employed along these lines? Attempts to discredit the personal life of the person requested to pay - attempts to convince him that his suspicions are the result of personal paranoia - the total exclusion of hard facts relating to the original situation - the invention of other emotionally charged situations that are alleged to have been caused by the first - concerted efforts to induce guilt - the harvesting of authoritative figures to corroborate the falsehoods and provide yet more fabrication - stone-walled denial of the the real truth, even in the face of photographic evidence that proves beyond a shadow of doubt that there was no meal - further attempts to extort money to compensate for the failure of the first - the making of threats to silence him from warning others - masquerading behind false identities - the rallying of associates, friends and colleagues, passers by on the street, to endorse the falsehoods and join forces in a massed feeding frenzy - of attacking, discrediting, convincing, twisting psychologically - torturing emotionally - just because a bill wasn't paid?
No - quite simply because there is no evidence - there was no meal - and this is how they operate - to protect their own skin.

This is the operation - not an ectopic pregnancy - this is operation scam.

You can see quite clearly the two sides of the currency they use.
On one side - it is hard cash - turn it over and there is the head of The Queen Of Hearts.
To them it's just cold, hard, filthy lucre - that they spend their days in pursuit of.
But they know intuitively that when their currency is introduced into a contentious environment - a relationship - it's value will soon be perceived as the reverse - as emotionally significant acts.
All they have to do is create the illusion of a relationship, create the illusion of emergency situations within that environment - and they will receive a pay off - in currency.
Currency that is dispatched because it bears the head of The Queen Of Hearts - but be assured - it is soon flipped over - converted back to cold, hard cash.

A similar conversion appears in the language these relationships use.
A word like love - for instance - easy to type onto a computer screen.
The difference between how it is written and how it is read requires a translation though.
It is the motive that provides the translation.
People searching for love perceive the word, through their own hopes - as being the genuine article.
Other people after their money - know that fact - so they disguise their true motive within the word in order to reap a reward - which to them - is their own love - money.

When does currency become subject to this conversion and language start to require translation?
From the very first moment of the relationship.

In a court of law - the burden of proof falls always to the plaintiff - in the case of a transaction it is the person pursuing the payment. The defendant does not have to lift a finger.

But in the court of The Queen Of Hearts - we truly are in wonderland - everything is twisted, reversed.
Now the original defendant stands accused of an emotional crime - the case brought against him is to be tried entirely in the regions of his own mind and heart - not to be proven guilty - but simply to feel guilt and shame - and pay the penalty, the fine - serve the sentence and repent.
Now it is his crime - his failure to pay.
